“How to Read Customers, So You Can Get More” with Jeff Rollert
Luke, The Force Within Has Become Weak
Social media and the related digital tools have weakened many of our customer observational skills. Additionally, the isolation we experienced due to COVID weakened them even further. Now that marketing has switched back to a physical preference, in networking as an example, we need to retrain ourselves on how to read a customer.
Jeffery Rollert, founder of The Soul of the Business Inc. will share why he founded the company and why there is so much untapped potential for operational improvements.
Finding Customers, You Cannot See (yet)
During this webinar, Mr. Rollert will discuss behavioral techniques you can use to get people to share what they both need and want. He will share some profiling tips to approach those who desire your company’s products or services but aren’t aware of it yet – what he calls “Ghost Customers.”
Our Speakers:
Jeffery Rollert
Mr. Rollert has studied human behavior, as it relates to spending money for over four decades. He has worked in international banking, sat on a Wall Street trading desk, and managed institutional portfolios. In 2016, a client asked him for assistance on understanding the company she inherited. This event led him to begin advising companies on what they can do to improve and grow. The Soul of the Business, Inc. assists companies in the manufacturing, retailing, transportation & professional services sectors. He demonstrates the techniques to them that he used to anticipate customer spending behavior and improve customer retention. One key approach is the concept of “the ghost customer” which he will touch on in our interview.
