“When Buyers are ready, but Sellers are not” with Kirk Marangi

There are many buyers are out, constantly looking for deals. They have financing in place and want to close a purchase quickly when they see something they like. That creates a dilemma for the unprepared seller.

As soon as a seller put out the sign “for sale” sign, the world knows they are interested in inquiries. Buyers appear quickly and desire a lot of information immediately. Unprepared sellers, without the ready documents can expected a discounted offer.

Kirk Marangi, a business valuation expert, will discuss some of the mistakes sellers make in the process of selling their company.

In 2015, she opened the boutique firm in Beverly Hills.
